My name is Lindsey. I’m a writer, editor, & art critic living in Minneapolis. I write about visual art, subcultures, & sometimes the figures who work at the intersection of the two. Recurring themes in my work include feminism, spirituality, & labor.
I cut my teeth as a writer & editor in New York City, where I earned my MA in Creative Publishing & Critical Journalism from The New School. There, I trained in aesthetic philosophy, nonfiction writing, & communication design. For most of my professional life I’ve worked in the arts & in 2024, I joined Mpls.St.Paul Magazine as Assistant Editor.
My visual art practice prioritizes analog media & printed matter. I’m also a lifelong devotee of underground music & I occasionally make & perform it.
